As a Organizational Change Manager you are responsible for the implementation of processess, tools and new ways of working. In this role, you'll be responsible for the realizing and impact of required changes.

• You are an expert who engages the human factor in transformation programs, driven by impact, sustainability and readiness
• You are responsible for the new ways of working and the return on investment (ROI)
• Advise and agree the new strategy with internal stakeholders
• Drive and execute the Change plan
• Define progress and KPI's of the Change plan

• MSc in Business Administration or related
• 10+ years of experience as Change / Transformation / Program Manager
• 5+ years of experience in Change projects
• Proven experience as a Coach / Lead
• Experience with Lean and Agile principles
• Stakeholder Management experience
• You're able to drive issues to solutions and are organized
