For our client located in Veldhoven, we are immediately searching for an expert to fill a position in the field of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). This company stands at the forefront of innovation in the semiconductor industry, offering chipmakers comprehensive solutions – hardware, software, and services – for mass-producing patterns on silicon through lithography.
Within the company, the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Organization holds the responsibility for knowledge transfer and qualification of infrastructure, installations, and buildings across their sites. Currently, we are in search of an EHS Expert Corporate Real Estate to provide support to our local CRE organization.

Your role will involve:

• Acting as an intermediary between the EHS department and the CRE Project department;
• Offer support and guidance to project managers;
• Actively participate in construction projects;
• Lead in initiating and participating in safety studies.

Your passion lies in safety, and your exceptional leadership and communication skills enable you to accomplish tasks effectively.

• Your qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a Safety Expert Education (HVK);
• With 5 to 8 years of experience as an EHS expert within a construction company or as an initiator of construction projects, you possess extensive expertise in the field;
• Your knowledge encompasses ISO standards (ISO14001 / 45001) and other safety management systems like VCA;
• You are well-versed in participating in safety studies such as HAZOP and FMEA.
• Furthermore, you exhibit a proficient command of spoken and written Dutch and English
• Your familiarity with applicable local laws and regulations, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enhances your proficiency.
