Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with motion control design experience max. € 4500 net/after tax monthly

For one of our multinational high tech machinebuilder clients we are looking for a experienced Mechanical Design Engineer. Do you have experience in motion control design / linear stage / precision mechanics? Then you may be the right candidate!

As a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll be part of the Wafer Stage Team. In this role, you are responsible for:

• Realization of precision mechanical function development
• Optimization of the design
• Mechanical analysis
• Contact with suppliers, regarding design and drawing reviews
• Creation and validation of new concepts
• Translate performance specifications into design specification for main frame constructions and service mechanisms
• Definition and execution of final tests to verify the specifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Design Engineer position
• BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineer or related
• Experience with motion contorl and linear stage
• Experience in precision mechanics
• Experience with Finite Element Method (FEM) and analytic tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, Mathcad)
• Knowledge of construction principles and geometric dimensioning and tolerance
• Knowlegde of machine directives
• Experience with Siemens NX or willing to learn
• Communicative and fluent in English, since you're in contact with suppliers
