Logistic / Material Handler (2 or 5 shifts)

The Cleanroom Logistics department is tasked with optimizing the physical and administrative flow of materials, both incoming and outgoing. This crucial role supports the entire production process of cutting-edge machines within a technologically advanced manufacturing environment.

The material handler's mission is to ensure a seamless material flow within the TF Factory, encompassing both administrative and physical aspects. Here is a breakdown of the job responsibilities:

Material Delivery:

Ensure timely material delivery from the warehouse.

Identify and communicate deviations in quantity, article number, and scheduled delivery time.

Take corrective actions upon identifying deviations.

Pick and book factory-made items to order from the cleanroom inventory.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory at the workcenter.

Book material movements to and from inventory.

Conduct weekly inventory counts.

Troubleshooting:

Resolve picking errors, incorrect deliveries, and general administrative issues in collaboration with Warehouse Operation Support, Production Planner, Inbound, Process Improvement, Technical Support, etc.

Production Disturbances:

Correct and promptly dispatch materials requested by production for replacement of defective parts or for analysis purposes.

Material Return Flow:

Return parts to the warehouse.

Dispose of defective or obsolete parts.

Return rejected production parts to suppliers.

Commit to and continuously improve standards by initiating improvements and eliminating waste from the process wherever possible.

Other:

Undertake any additional responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the material handling process.

Supports good teamwork by searching for solutions and ideas by working together with colleagues, involving them in day to day activities and sharing knowledge to improve;

Actively involved in Daily Management Meeting on the shop floor and all related activities.

MBO (logistics or equivalent) or higher Experience

1 - 5 years of logistical experience.

High tech affinity

Experience with ERP system is a must Specific SAP experience is an advantage

Independent, proactive, responsible, team player, good communication skills, stress resistant and flexible
