Organizational Project / Change Manager with experience in Lean and Agile principles max salary € 110.000 gross a year

Do you have 10+ years of experience as a Project or Change Manager with Lean and Agile ways, and are you ready for another step in your career? Do you also have a Masters degree?
We are looking for a Change Manager in hightech environment. Our client is working with the most advanced machines in the world.

You'll be working in projects and you take full ownership on embedding in the required changes. Beside that you are:

• Coaching stakeholders
• Identify key D&E target groups
• Advise, design and agree the change strategy
• Define and coordinate communication activities
• Define and agree on change project KPi's
• Report and evaluate progress of change

• Masters, for example in Business Administration
• Experience in an IT or Operational environment
• 10+ years of experience in project or group management
• 5+ years in Organizational Change projects
• Aware of the common theories
• Extensive experience in senior management training, coaching and facilitation
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles
