PMO Officer

• Active participation as a trusted "advisor" to the Product Development and his cross-sector product team;
• Informing and guiding the PMO Project Manager on product status and progress and focus;
• Challenging Times and Dependencies Product Team and PMO Organization;
• Translation of the PMO Project Manager. inputs into action at the Product Team level;
• Preparation of progress reviews and key decision-making meetings and implementation and active follow-up of agreements reached in these meetings;
• Increase the integrity of all inputs from decision makers to the product generation process.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a program manager in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience or ability to implement change and improvement projects
• Experience in team and individual management is an advantage.
• For this position freelancers will also be considered.
