• Operating and monitoring high-tech production equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Ensuring consistent quality control throughout the production process.
• Adjusting equipment settings based on production requirements and specifications.
• Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

• Technical education or relevant work experience.
• Experience in operating machinery in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
