Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical introduction, maintenance, and optimization of assembly and manufacturing processes. You will be the go-to person for technical matters, both internally and externally.

• Guiding, executing, and reporting on Process Flow and FMEA within NPI projects
• Evaluating Technical Product Documentation (TPD) for assembly time, manufacturability, and risks (FMEA)
• Continuously seeking efficiency improvements and implementing enhancement projects
• Actively maintaining customer and supplier relationships
• Taking responsibility for TPD reviews for all new and modified products
• Leading improvement projects and acting as the technical owner for products and processes
• Collaborating with (Sr.) Quality Engineers to promote the "Zero Defects" and "First Time Right" approach
• Implementing new assembly methods into production
• Regularly and proactively aligning with customers and suppliers regarding process and product improvements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Experience in a high-tech production environment with complex assembly processes
• Knowledge of (statistical) data analysis and relevant methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach, with a constant focus on quality and process optimization
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written

• Monthly salary between € 3.700,00 and € 5.500,00 depending on experience
