The team that requests the scrum master role, is responsible for the applicable manufacturing and servicing tooling within DUV business line. In this position, you work in close relationship with the Product Owner to maintain the team backlog and planning. In the role as Scrum Master, you're responsible for the following tasks:

• You are responsible for the solutions to achieve PI objectives committed by the team
• You ensure that risks and impediments are solved by the team or properly escalated
• Provides insights and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress and secures quality of the value delivered
• You are the lead of the team. That means you'll coach the team members
• Lead the scrum process in the team and get involved in the technical details and descisions
• You are able to confront while maintaining a good relation with a hands on mentality.

• Work in a team of Scrum masters and bring the Agile Release Train to the next level
• Play an important role in creating an inspiring climate for innovation and relentless improvement

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the semi conductor industry or simular
• 3+ years' of experience in leading a team in large-scale product development environment
• Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering)
• Proven experience in people management: motivating, coaching, leading a team
• Must have: SAFe, Scrum of Agile certificate
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
• Scaling SAFe experience
• Experience managing external suppliers and stakeholders

Nett max. salary range € 4800 monthly including 30% tax ruling and holiday allowance based on your experience and education.
