Software Integrator

For our top international High Tech client we are looking for a Software Integrator. In this job you will drive the integration for the scope into a product or system, works dedicated to one  product or system and its related owner. You will create and maintain the integration plan in close co-operation  with leadership and architects.

The integrator is leading the integration and is responsible to create the integration plan and to drive the integration of deliverables of all teams in the scope. Scope: domain/discipline, module, (sub-) function, Integration cluster, solution, train, system function or system. Skillset: in-depth technical knowledge of the scope, creation of an integration plan with help of the architects, can do mentality, execution mindset and ability to move people into action.

Requirements

• Integration plan (PERT) for own scope
• Configuration status of proto’s
• Test claims and test protocol
• Integration issue list
• Integration progress reports
• Total test overview
• Tested modules and interfaces for own scope
• FSS
• Breakdown of the integration work (features) into smaller items (stories)

 

Personal Skills

• Is the integration conscience for the teams, instills integration discipline in the teams
• Maintains balance between structural progress and incidental fixes to maintain integration progress
• Maintains sufficiently detailed knowledge of designs, sequences and procedures related to scope
• Collaborates with leadership to determine integration priorities
• Chairs the integration rituals for the scope; drives integration discipline in the teams
• Identifies and addresses integration risks, escalates to leadership
