Business Development Manager - Dental

We seek a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive our dental 3D printing business. You'll identify, develop, and commercialize new revenue streams through market research, understanding customer needs, and collaborating across departments to ensure business growth.

• Identify and develop the dental and medical 3D printing market, focusing initially on Benelux/EMEA.
• Create new business models and opportunities through market research, competition analysis, and customer network building.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, ensuring products and solutions meet customer needs.
• Work independently with standalone responsibility, reporting to CFO and R&D.
• Understand and translate stakeholder requirements into product requirements for R&D, defining value propositions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to ensure successful business growth.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in healthcare 3D printing.
  
• Strong leadership, self-starter, able to work independently and in teams.
  
• Technical affinity with business sensitivity and structured approach.
  
• Positive, entrepreneurial, team-oriented, with a drive for business growth.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
